Product Return: We will gladly accept any product you are unhappy with for a full return with a receipt of purchase dated within 30 days. Without a receipt we will offer a store credit.

Service Redo: We want you to love your hair and we are committed to making it right if you don’t love it. We ask that you please call us within a 14 day timeframe of your appointment to share any dislikes so that we can make it right.
